FAQ
Common questions
Will pressure washing damage my driveway or siding?
Not when done correctly. We adjust pressure and technique to the surface — high pressure for hard concrete, lower pressure for siding and softer surfaces. Trained operators, the right tip, the right distance.
Can you remove oil stains and gum?
Most of them. Long-set petroleum stains in porous concrete can be stubborn — we'll set realistic expectations during the walk-through.
How often do commercial properties need pressure washing?
Most commercial entryways and sidewalks benefit from twice-yearly cleaning. High-foot-traffic restaurants and retail often go quarterly.
Do you do residential homes?
No — we focus on commercial properties only: retail centers, restaurants, office buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial HOAs. For residential pressure washing, we'd recommend looking elsewhere.
